Sherry Duvall has been licensed and selling real estate for 15 years. She has currently sold and Closed over $100 million of Real Estate in the past five years. She is a Certified Luxury Home Specialist and currently qualified and working on her education to obtain her Certified Residential Specialist degree. Her market has been the high-end, luxury market, as well as new Construction. With “time-tested" relationships with many other agents, architects, builders, developer and designers, Sherry brings a wealth of knowledge to the equation. Having lived in Seminole county for nearly ten years, she has been a part of the extensive growth of the community, she calls home. When she and Peter, her husband, were building their new home, it was extremely important to be considerate of the environment. She believes in preserving and protecting the community, that brings her so much happiness. In her free time, you may find her tending her butterfly/ hummingbird garden or walking one, or all three of her Labradors. She also shares in the joy helping raise her niece and nephew, who live around the corner. Staying healthy is a priority, whether by cardio. Tai Chi , or swimming , walking or golf, Not to mention, she loves to whip up a gourmet meal for friends.
