Sherry Duvall

 

      

 

Sherry Duvall has been licensed for nearly 20 years.  She has currently sold and closed over $200 million of real estate in her career.  She is a CRS, Certified Residential Specialist; less than 10% of all licensed agents have been awarded this title based on additional education and production.  She has also obtained her LHMS, Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist accreditation.  Over the past three consecutive years, Homebuyer magazine has awarded her “Best in Client Satisfaction”.   She has specialized in the high- end, luxury market, as well as new construction.  With time-tested relationships with many other agents, architects, builders and developers and designers, Sherry brings a wealth of knowledge to the equation.  Sherry is an artist, which aids her with an eye for details.  A majority of her business is by referral or repeat customers.

Having lived in Seminole County for over ten years, she has been a part of extensive growth in the community, she now calls home.  When she and Peter, her husband were building their new home, it was extremely important to be considerate of the environment.  She believes in preserving and protecting the community, that brings her so much happiness.  In her free time, you may find her tending her butterfly or herb garden or walking one, or all three of her Labradors.  She also shares in the joy of helping raise her niece and nephew, who live around the corner.  Staying healthy is a priority, so eating vegetarian has become a passion.  She also works out nearly every day, having complete two Sprint triathlons last summer.  Not to mention, she loves to cook and entertain.
